On August 22, 2014, Zhang Jianmin, Vice-governor of Qinghai, and his party investigated and guided the prevention and control work for environmental pollution in the 2nd phase expansion project construction site of Ping’an County sewage treatment plant built by Qinghai branch, and gave a high affirmation to the social environment benefits of Haidong Region brought by the sewage plant upon its completion.
